Parker Pridgen began his restaurant career in 2021, starting as a bartender before moving up to general manager, where he oversaw all aspects of day to day operations. He played a key role in turning around Bardough in Hell’s Kitchen, and later helped launch a new concept where he developed an event program that grew into a major part of the business, generating over $1 million in sales.

That experience made the need for better event planning clear and inspired Parker to start Curated By. Drawing on his background in hospitality, he now helps companies find the right spaces and create events that actually work for everyone involved.
